Dr. Bill Reeves received his Ph.D. (Advertising) from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014. He joined UNSW in 2024 after 8 years at NEOMA Business School in France. AS part of the Education Focused Initiative, he is working to innovate and improve the educational experience of students at UNSW.
Dr. Reeves has extensive program management experience, having directed both Bachelor's and Master's programs over the course of his career. He is currently acting as stream coordinator for the Marketing Analytics specialization.
In terms of research, he specializes primarily in the development and maintenance of creativity, service robots, and social media effects. He has served as a reviewer for a number of journals including the International Journal of Advertising, Academy of Marketing Sciences, and Journal of Marketing Management.
