During my PhD, I have received several awards as below:
I have contributed to the overall research performance within the School of Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering and have published several scientific articles related to advancing the current understanding of the known behaviour of LeTID in the commercial mc-Si PERC silicon solar cells produced in the past and recently. Besides, my work extends the current understanding of the role of phosphorous emitter strength, surface passivation layers, and substrate materials in modulating the extent of bulk LeTID and SRD in commercial solar cells. My other work is related to developing LeTID mitigating approaches for commercial solar cells using tools related to the industrial fabrication of PERC solar cells. These works provide a possible pathway to suppress LeTID in the industrial p-type mc-Si PERC solar cells.
