Dr Chelle(Yunxiao) Wang is a Lecturer in the School of Risk and Actuarial Studies at the University of New South Wales Business School. She completed her PhD in Actuarial Studies from Monash University and was previously a Lecturer at Soochow University in China. Her research focus on retirement planning, optimal decision-making in later life and design of comprehensive retirement income products. She has published articles in the European Journal of Operational Research and Annals of Actuarial Science and has received the Best Paper Award at the China International Conference on Insurance and Risk Management (CICIRM).

Research interests: Retirement income and superannuation; actuarial studies; reverse mortgages, annuities and integrated retirement products; household financial decision-making; housing wealth and aged care funding.
