I am a Lecturer in Health Behaviour Change in the School of Health Sciences at the University of New South Wales. I am also an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). My research examines the role of motivation and psychological factors in running and other health-related behaviours. I completed my postgraduate training at the University of South Australia, where I concurrently taught students across Exercise Science and Clinical Exercise Physiology streams. I have published a number of peer-reviewed research papers, having collaborated with researchers from Aarhus University, Denmark and GARMIN.
