Chloe Cao

Chloe is the Data Management Officer for the Australian and New Zealand Neonatal Network (ANZNN), a clinical quality registry and collaborative network comprising every neonatal intensive care unit across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining the ANZNN team, Chloe worked as a healthcare data and research professional with experience in clinical registries, health analytics, and quality improvement initiatives. She has a strong interest in evidence-based healthcare and data-driven research, supporting projects that improve clinical outcomes and healthcare performance through meaningful data insights and evaluation
