I am Dr. Guanhua Wang (Chris Wang), a Senior Research Associate working with MapAI at UNSW, supervised by Prof. Chris Pettit. I was previously a Research Fellow, supervised by Prof. Yuan Miao, in NLP and Knowledge Modelling at Victoria University. I graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2022 with a Ph.D. in Computer Science, supervised by Dr. Mingyu Guo, for which I received the Dean’s Commendation for Doctoral Thesis Excellence and the distinguished title of Mace Bearer. My doctoral research focused on the convergence of machine learning and game theory, specifically in mechanism design, with a key area being the optimization of revenue in advertising auctions.
