Dr Daniel Cater is a Lecturer at the UNSW Faculty of Law & Justice within the School of Law, Society and Criminology. His legal education focuses on cyber-technology, data access, online privacy, and emergent digital technologies. He also teaches in the areas of introductory law and core legal principles.
Before his career in law academia, Dr Cater served in the Royal Australian Air Force and worked for several years in Critical Care Nursing in Australia and Canada.
