Davina de Fonseka
Davina de Fonseka is a Research Assistant with PCH at UNSW Sydney. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced), with a strong interest in early childhood development and systems-level interventions.
Her previous research examined organisational commitment among early childhood educators, highlighting the systemic factors that influence the success of early intervention programs. With experience as a nominated supervisor in early childhood centres, Davina brings valuable frontline insight into the structural and relational dynamics that shape child and family outcomes.
She is currently supporting the Healthy Beginnings project. Davina also volunteers with Playgroup NSW, supporting inclusive, community-based early learning initiatives.
