Dr Ellen Irestorm

Visiting Fellow
Medicine & Health
School of Clinical Medicine

I'm a postdoctoral researcher, university lecturer, and PhD supervisor. My research at UNSW focuses on oncology, and especially paediatric oncology and AYA:s. My research interests within oncology are sleep, implementation and intervention studies, and the gut-brain-axis. My previous research was primarily quantitative and I have experience in a broad range of different statistical methods, with cross-sectional as well as longitudinal data. My studies here at UNSW will give me experience not only in implementation research, but also with qualitative methods.

Alongside my projects at the Department of Medicine & Health, I have ongoing collaborations with researchers in the US, Sweden, and the Netherlands.
