Ellen (Hee Min) Lee is a lecturer in Educational Psychology and Special Education in the School of Education at the University of New South Wales. 

Her research interests are centred around Cognitive Load Theory and particularly focused on applying Cognitive Load effects to support students with disabilities in a learning environment. She is also passionate about teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students about Educational Psychology and Special and Inclusive Education.
