Felicity Bell is a Research Fellow for the Law Society of NSW's Future of Law and Innovation in the Profession (FLIP) research stream, Allens Hub for Technology, Law and Innovation, at UNSW Law, Sydney. She was previously a Lecturer at the University of Wollongong Law School, Wollongong and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) from the University of Melbourne and a PhD from the University of Sydney Law School. Felicity’s research background is in family law, children’s law, and legal professionalism, identity construction and best practice among lawyers. She has published in highly ranked journals and her work has been cited with approval in judgments of the Family Court of Australia.
