Measurement of patient functioning and patient outcomes especially n the rehabilitation setting. Practical and clinical application of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. Innovative models of care and cost effectiveness of community aged care and rehabilitation services, including telehealth services, integrated health service, outpatient models of care for individuals following requiring ongoing rehabilitation; and geriatric outreach services into residential aged care facilities (RACFs) and the community to minimise or eliminate unnecessary presentations to Emergency Departments and facilitate early transfer back to RACFs.
