Research Interests: In the broad field of the organization of public authority, attention is directed to policy as a construct in use and the way it is mobilised to shape practice. Particular attention is given to the professionalisation of policy practice and the significance of interlinkage between governmental and non-governmental forms of organization, and of the organising of practice beyond the official sphere.
