As a clinician with NSW Health, I am deeply committed to understanding and addressing the intricate mechanisms underlying tissue repair and regeneration, with a particular focus on intervertebral disc degeneration, a predominant cause of chronic back and neck pain.

My research spans the molecular, cellular, and biomechanical dimensions of disc degeneration and aging, with the goal of developing innovative and effective strategies for reconstruction, repair, and regeneration. Additionally, I am passionate about advancing clinical trials aimed at tackling challenging musculoskeletal conditions, contributing to improved outcomes and quality of life for patients.
