Dr. Jimi Kim is an Assistant Professor (Lecturer in Australia) of the School of Management and Governance at the UNSW Business School. Her research interests include non-market strategy, corporate governance, and business ethics. She has been exploring what drives organizations to integrate the interests of stakeholders into strategy formulation. She received her Ph.D. Strategic Management and International Business from Temple University. Prior to joining academia, Jimi worked as a manager for over five years, executing mergers and acquisitions, and global investments in entrepreneurial technology firms.
