Kang is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Chemical Engineering at University of New South Wales (UNSW). She received her Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Sydney in 2016 and completed PhD in Material Science and Engineering at UNSW with Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) scholarship. She is a multidisciplinary researcher that passionate about life science and innovative product design, hoping to use biomedical science to help change the lives of others. Her research focuses on biomaterials application in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
