Professor Karoline Strauss

Karoline Strauss is a Visiting Professorial Fellow at the School of Management and Governance. She is also Professor of Organisational Behaviour at ESSEC Business School and holder of the ESSEC Sports Chair. Her research focuses on how individuals shape their future at work, examining proactive behaviour, sustainability, and well-being. Karoline earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Sheffield and a Magistra rerum naturalium (MSc) in Psychology from the University of Vienna. She has published in leading journals such as the Journal of Management and Journal of Applied Psychology and serves on editorial boards for several top-tier journals.
