Megan Hanson

Megan Hanson is a textiles and costume artist and practitioner with a specific interest in 3D weaving using digital Jacquard and traditional weaving techniques. She is part of a talented team of technicians in the Textiles and Fashion Studios and is specially trained in the use of UNSW Textiles Studio’s TC2 Digital Jacquard Loom. She has presented her textile and costume work in institutions including the National Gallery of Victoria, Carriageworks, Casula Powerhouse and Tamworth Regional Art Gallery.
