Ms Michelle Bonnette (BPharm, MPharmPH, GradCertEdu, FANZCAP (EmergMed), MPSA) is a full-time Education Focused Lecturer for the Pharmacy Program in the School of Health Sciences at the University of New South Wales.
She is a registered pharmacist and has significant experience in Clinical Pharmacy Practice, specialising in Emergency Medicine. Michelle’s research interests encompass emerging areas of scope of practice, interprofessional practice and provision of patient centred-care.

Ms Bonnette is an Education Focused Lecturer within Pharmacy Discipline, School of Health Sciences and a Clinical Pharmacist. She joined the school in October 2023, after a 20-year career within hospital and community pharmacy practice.
Prior to joining UNSW, Ms Bonnette specialised as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist in Emergency Medicine. Her responsibilities included clinical, educational and governance responsibilities. She completed a Masters of Pharmaceutical Public Health in 2017 and a qualitative research thesis on Pharmacist engagement with post graduate education. Ms Bonnette has presented research at Medication Management the National Conference of the Society of Hospital Pharmacists Australia (Advanced Pharmacy Australia). Her areas of interest include areas of expanding scope, interprofessional practice and education. She completed a Graduate Certificate in Education in 2024. Ms Bonnette is a Fellow of The Australian and New Zealand College of Advanced Pharmacy (ANZCAP).
Ms Bonnette teaches within the Pharmacy program at UNSW and has special interest in clinical skills, interprofessional practice, and emerging scope of practice.
