Minzhao Lyu received his B.Eng. (First Class Hons.) and Ph.D. degrees from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2017 and 2022, respectively. He is a Research Associate at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. His research primarily focuses on making telecommunications data networks secure and performant using network traffic analysis, programmable networks, and machine learning techniques.

I am working on research projects to help telecommunications data networks better support interactive multimedia applications (e.g., metaverse, cloud gaming, video streaming) and enhance their cybersecurity. Toward the objectives, I am using technologies and techniques in network traffic analysis, programmable networking, and AI.
