Noa specialises in negotiation theory. Noa's MPhil and PhD research looks at the benefits of planning for negotiation performance. She has coauthored the recent edition of the book Effective Negotiation: From Research to Results with Professor Ray Fells of UWA. She designed and teaches the postgraduate course MGMT5912 Negotiating in the Global Context at the School of Management. She also teaches negotiation in executive programs at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Noa is the founder of the negotiation consultancy Sheer Negotiations, which provides training and consulting services to corporate and government organisations in Australia, NZ and the US, including Uber, Westpac, QLD government and Hubspot.
