The study focuses on the relationship between teachers' personality and their supervisory behaviour preference. A concurrent mixed methods procedure is applied to quantitatively examine the predictive relationship and qualitatively explore the teachers' perspective on the subject. It provides more insight into how the teachers' preference is influenced by their personality.
