Pascale Frické is a Lecturer at UNSW Business School. Pascale studies the interplay between social tensions and employees’ well-being and sense of identity. She is particularly interested in examining occupations whose services are essential, as employees in these occupations uphold the fundamental operations of society, work on the frontlines of social action, face intense public scrutiny, and are at increased risk for mental health issues. Drawing on qualitative and quantitative methods, Pascale's research endeavours to enhance the well-being of employees in these occupations and improve how they perform their work, resulting in beneficial effects for society.
