I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) of Marketing at the UNSW Business School. I earned my dual-title Ph.D. in Business Administration (Quantitative Marketing) and Operations Research from The Pennsylvania State University in 2025. My recent research explores how emerging technologies, such as Generative AI and extended reality (XR), can enhance marketing effectiveness and promote social inclusion. As an empirical modeler, I also develop novel Bayesian methodologies to inform competitive strategy and improve causal inference by addressing endogeneity bias.
