Rennie Holland is the Administrative Officer for PCH at UNSW Sydney, where she provides high-level operational, executive and project support to the Head of Group and research team. With over 18 years of experience across research, healthcare, finance, legal and non-profit sectors, Rennie brings a strong track record in administrative leadership, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and financial coordination.
She manages the day-to-day operations of a large research portfolio, overseeing budgets, coordinating grant submissions, supporting ethics approvals and maintaining compliance with institutional and funding body requirements. Rennie also leads the group's digital communications and media outreach.
Known for her proactive approach, attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows, Rennie is a trusted team member who supports research excellence through effective coordination, problem-solving and systems improvement.
