I am a lecturer and course convenor (Sport & Exercise Psychology) in the School of Health Sciences at the University of New South Wales. I completed my PhD at the Australian Catholic University within the Institute for Positive Psychology and Education. As a passionate researcher, I explore how today's children and adolescents are developing socially and emotionally in a digital world. My goal is to support parents in raising happy, healthy, and confident children while also contributing to policies and practices that promote the wellbeing of future generations. My broader interests lie in behavioral sciences, with a particular focus on the self-determination theory framework in exercise and movement behavior contexts.
