- I am skilled and experienced in single site, multi-site, qualitative, quantitative, observational, mixed methods, clinical and population health research projects as either principal investigator or co-investigator
- I am involved in all stages of the research process from study conception through to presenting research findings at conferences, publishing in peer reviewed journals and translating research into practice
- I am experienced in writing and submitting research applications through REGIS for ethics and site governance approval. I have written or contributed to the development of study procedures, study interview scripts, data collection, management and storage procedures, resource allocation and governance. I have also trained and mentored colleagues on the above when required
- I have worked in the public hospital system, the community outreach setting and have engaged with a wide variety of stakeholders within and external to NSW Health
- As a project manager I am responsible for and a subject matter expert on all stages of research development and implementation.
- I supervise UNSW School of Medicine students during their research year and placement at St Vincent's Hospital Sydney Clinical Genomics Unit
