Dr Sajjad Seifi Mofarah

Sajjad S. Mofarah obtained his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, UNSW Sydney, in 2020. His Ph.D. research area was mainly focused on applied electrochemistry for functional materials derived from ultrathin metal-based coordination polymers for catalysis and energy storage applications. He was also appointed as Research Assistant in 2019, at the same institution, extending his work on heterojunction nanostructures. Following the completion of his Ph.D., he obtained a Research Associate at SMaRT centre while working on cyclic reprocessing of battery materials into functional nanostructures, structural and architectural designs of nanostructures, and advanced characterisation of metal- and polymer-based materials.
