Dr Shanshi Gao

Dr. Shanshi Gao is a postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Minerals and Energy Resources Engineering (MERE) at UNSW Sydney. He got his Ph.D. in 2024 in the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). His research focuses on sustainable mining, sensing technology, advance manufacturing. With a multidisciplinary background and a strong commitment to sustainability, Dr. Gao is dedicated to advancing technologies that drive innovation for a more sustainable future. Her research has been featured in leading journals, including Advanced Materials, Nano Energy, and Smart Materials and Structures.
