Shibo Lu obtained his Ph.D. in the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications, UNSW Sydney, Australia in 2021. He received Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and its Automation from North China Electric Power University and in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2016. He focuses on AI applications in power systems and real-time condition monitoring of power system equipment, aiming to enhance the intelligence and automation of the existing power grids.
