I am an experienced medical research focused bioinformatician with 10 years experience in the analysis of transcriptomic data, including bulk RNA-Seq, microarray and single cell RNA-Seq. I have worked collaboratively with over 30 different research groups around Australia to better understand human health and disease. I have also lectured at UNSW in the Bioinformatics course stream and have presented training courses to the broader scientific community through my involvement with Bioplatforms Australia.
