I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the School of Mathematics and Statistics at University of New South Wales (UNSW). I previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, USA, in 2014, and was a PhD candidate in Earth Science at the Australian National University (ANU) 2016-2019.

I am interested in developing and using new diagnostic frameworks to understand the global ocean, including through water mass analysis. My work at UNSW focusses on making use of highly underdetermined hydrographic datasets to infer mixing processes and surface forcing in the global ocean.
