I am a Laureate postdoctoral fellow at the Kaldor Centre's Evacuations Research Hub. I teach and conduct research in public international law, specialising in international disaster law, international humanitarian law, and human rights law. My latest research centres around humanitarian and human rights issues arising during emergencies, with a particular focus on the responsibilities of states and non-state actors in evacuations under international law.
