Dr Vaibhao is a Postdoctoral Scientist at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, and a Conjoint Lecturer with the St Vincent's Clinical School.

My Research has focused on - the biology and origins of adult cardiac stromal cells, and understanding the molecular mechanisms of Heart Disease and Cardiac Regeneration. I am currently studying Cardiac Fibroblasts and how they function in the homeostasis and during disease.
