Dr Yiyu Zeng received his PhD in 2020 from UNSW under the supervision of Professors Martin Green and Xiaojing Hao. He is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with SPREE, specialising in the efficiency, reliability and cost-reduction of silicon solar cells and modules. His work spans UV-stable antireflection coatings, UV-induced degradation in HJT/TOPCon devices, and silver-coated aluminium metallisation. As  a UIPA-funded PhD graduate of UNSW and an ACAP Postdoctoral Fellow, his work has appeared in Advanced Functional Materials and Progress in Photovoltaics and received a PVSEC Best Poster Award.
