The AGSM Graduate Certificate in Sustainable & Inclusive Business is a complete stand-alone qualification and can be undertaken as a pathway to an AGSM Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. It has been developed to equip individuals to understand and effectively respond to the sustainability challenges that are dramatically reshaping business. It provides students with the knowledge, skills and attributes to become sustainable leaders and to make sustainable decisions in their work, positioning any organisation to succeed.

This program focuses on the environmental, social and economic dimensions of sustainable and inclusive business. Students learn to understand climate science, carbon literacy and the social responsibilities of business. 

Graduates will be equipped with the skills to measure an organisation’s environmental and social footprint, identify global and national sustainability priorities, apply sustainability principles to evaluate strategies and business models, identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and develop sustainable value chains.

This is a highly multidisciplinary program and it assumes no technical or specialist background. It has been developed in collaboration with senior corporate leaders to position graduates to drive purposeful change and thrive as sustainable leaders in a fast-changing world.

The AGSM Graduate Certificates are a part-time program and can be completed anywhere between 8 months to 2 years. Should you choose to continue your studies the certificate can articulate into an MBA degree*.
