2025 AI in Marketing workshop
24 October 2025
This is the second time School of Marketing organised this workshop, the first was October 2024. This year, we had four industry speakers who delivered four hands-on sessions (please see the workshop agenda below), on generating short-form content and videos using GenAI and creating email campaigns using AI agents. We had about 200 students registered for the event.

2025 highlight video
Thank you all for making this event such a success — a great example of industry, academia, and students coming together to learn, experiment, and grow with AI!
Session Highlights
“Human creativity drives ideas, AI brings them to life—That is marketing’s new playbook.”
– Christine Ewen, Principal B2B Product Specialist, Salesforce
“When AI gives everyone the same superpowers, brand is what separates signal from noise. Invest in what AI does not have and can't replicate: your lived experience and your point of view.”
– Axel Sukianto, Founder, Generate
“AI can provide the structure, but your human context is your only differentiator. That unique, first-party data - your USPs, your personas - is what turns generic AI filler into a high-converting, A+ asset that competitors can't copy.”
– Georgia Tan, Co-founder, Switch Key Digital
New AI courses
After these insightful sessions, we introduced our upcoming new courses — AI in Marketing (MARK3096 & MARK5835) and AI in Marketing Analytics (MARK3086 & MARK5836) — offered from 2026 onwards. We’re excited about how these offerings will prepare our students for the next frontier of marketing innovation.
