The UNSW Canberra Campus is located at the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA), which is less than five kilometres from the city centre and Canberra airport.

It's easiest to enter the campus from Northcott Drive. The Academy Library is temporarily located at building 32, Lecture Theatre North, lower ground floor (dark green on the Campus Map). Parking is located at carpark 90 or 91. Please note it may be difficult finding a vacant parking spot from 9.30am–3pm during the semester or when conferences are on. 

The Academy Library is in the centre of the campus. If you get lost, most people on campus will be able to direct you.

Public Transport: A taxi rank and bus stops (Action Buses) are located on campus.

Taxis will drop you at the taxi rank at the ADFA roundabout in front of the Officers Mess (Building 6). Staff at the Library Service Desk can call a taxi for you, if required.

UNSW Canberra is on Defence-owned land and buildings and is a military base. We're currently at the security level of Safebase "Aware" which means there's still public access to the whole site but all UNSW and Defence staff are to have relevant identification on them at all times. If visitors to the Academy Library are stopped by security, please say you're here to visit the Academy Library and give them the number 0434 369 043 (Academy Library Service Desk). If you're visiting a particular person, please give security the name of staff member you're visiting.
