The Graduate Certificate in Logistics Management is designed for early career managers working in the private, public and Defence sectors who wish to gain an understanding of logistics concepts and techniques. The program will enable students to familiarise themselves with logistics planning strategies, to design and implement logistics life cycle management, inventory management, project management, contingency forecasting, distribution, and reverse logistics.

Overview

In this program, you'll learn to manage and coordinate logistics operations, as well as to formulate, design and implement logistics strategies and systems in a range of industries. You’ll also develop an understanding of analytical tools and systems for logistics information flow management including big data analysis and business intelligence techniques.
