Albert is an academic researcher exploring the intricacies of property investment, investor behaviour, and decision-making, with a keen focus on economic uncertainty and the evolving landscape of PropTech. He holds a master’s degree in real estate finance from the University of Reading, with experience as a teaching assistant at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and as an assistant lecturer at the University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (SDD UBIDS). Presently, he is pursuing a PhD in Built Environment at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), alongside ongoing roles as a casual academic tutor. In addition to these academic positions, he has industry experience from roles as a property valuer and investment analyst at the Ghana Lands Commission, Valuation & Investment Associates, Goldstreet Real Estate Consults, and RealtyMarketGH. He belongs to the Australian Property Institute (API) and the Pacific Rim Real Estate Society (PRRES) as a student member and is certified as a green building expert by IFC EDGE. He maintains an ongoing commitment to improving transparency and data availability in Ghana by working as a researcher for Saasepedia, a non-profit organisation dedicated to making quality information accessible for all stakeholders in the property sector.
