Carolyn is a PhD candidate and casual academic in the School of Management and Governance, UNSW Business School. For her PhD thesis, she works with A/Prof. Steven Lui, A/Prof. Salih Zeki Ozdemir, and A/Prof. Suzanne Chan-Serafin to examine the impact of interfirm networks on organizational unlearning, learning, and alliance officers' wellbeing. More broadly, Carolyn's research interests include inter-organizational relationships, alliance management, coopetition, and organizational unlearning.
