The Tyree IHealthE Approach to MedTech Innovation

IHealthE’s approach to MedTech innovation focuses on the iterative, prioritised de-risking of business model assumptions. By engaging with real stakeholders, testing assumptions and building evidence early, innovators can better understand the unmet need, market, value and pathway for their solution.

IHealthE supports this process throughout the MedTech innovation journey, helping teams identify and address key risks, strengthen their business model and build the evidence needed to progress towards translation and future funding.

Innovation Catalyst Program

Our Innovation Catalyst Program supports MedTech innovators to validate and refine their ideas through tailored clinical, technical assessments and bespoke work packages. Selected projects receive support from IHealthE experts to test assumptions, address key risks and build a stronger pathway towards clinical implementation.
