Amanda Lea

Bio

Amanda obtained her Bachelor of Optometry (Honours) and Graduate Certificate in Ocular Therapeutics from UNSW. She has postgraduate training in paediatric optometry, having completed an Advanced Certificate in Children’s Vision from the Australian College of Optometry.She is involved in the clinical teaching of paediatric optometry, binocular vision and myopia control to pre-registration optometrists and vision science students. She is passionate about evidence-based clinical teaching and practice, and co-convenes the paediatric strand of the final year course.
