Professor Gary Froyland's research has been highlighted in this month's issue of SIAM News.
His paper, Spectral Analysis of Nonstationary Dynamics, outlines some mathematical approaches to analyse and manipulate transport and fluid mixing caused by autonomous and time-dependent dynamics.
SIAM News is the news journal of the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM), covering cutting-edge research and the state of the art in applied mathematics and computational science.
