Welcome to our new website!

We are excited to announce the launch of the Kaldor Centre’s newly designed site, which coincides with our fifth birthday.

Featuring new resources and a clean layout, this updated site aims to make it even easier to access the information you value from our researchers. We hope it provides you with a simple, user-friendly way to find way to discover more about our work.

We encourage you to explore the site, including our revamped Factsheets and a new publication, Research Briefs; our expanded Case Note resources; and our dynamic new Research Project pages.

New publications
We have streamlined our Factsheets, which provide simple, accessible, up-to-date answers to key questions on refugee law and policy, complete with hyperlinks to primary and related source material.

Our new Research Briefs provide a greater level of detail on key issues, but still in a jargon-free, accessible format.

Expanded case notes
We have updated and added new features to our new Case Note resources, which cover many key ongoing and decided cases on refugee and asylum issues. These are now searchable by topic and status of proceedings, and each Case Note contains links to key materials relating to the case.

Discover our research projects
Visit the new Research Project pages to explore our world-leading scholarly contributions across three main themes: International protection frameworks, Regional protection, and Australian law and policy reform. Each project page contains links to key publications and resources, and its own thematic feed of the latest news.

Stay connected
We’ll continue to update the site with Latest News and Events on our homepage, and you can connect with us on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, with integrated social media buttons enabling you to share and follow us direct from the website. 

It’s also easier than ever to receive free updates including our much-loved weekly news roundup – we encourage you to sign up and share it with your friends and colleagues.
