AGSM appoints four Indigenous Adjunct leaders
Professor Mark Rose is among the leaders who will integrate Indigenous expertise across all programs.

AGSM @ UNSW Business School recently appointed Professor Mark Rose, Amanda Tootell, Steve Munns and Mark Champley to the faculty. The leaders will ensure Indigenous expertise is integrated across all programs.
Professor Mark Rose is the Indigenous programs Academic Director. He is traditionally linked to the Gunditjmara Nation and co-chaired the Victorian Implementation Review of Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody.
Professor Rose has greatly contributed to the current AGSM Indigenous Capability Development Programs, along with Amanda Tootell.
Ms Tootell is a Gamilaroi woman from Boomi/Moree who has a strong connection to her community and culture. She brings 28 years' experience in welfare service delivery, including working at the executive level.
Steve Munns is a Bundjalung man and current PhD student. He is highly respected as both a psychologist and by his community.
Mark Champley is a Kamilaroi man and member of the Darkinjung Land Council. Mr Champley recently negotiated with the NSW Government for the construction of a monument to the Stolen Generation at Central Station.

"These leaders will contribute to a wide range of AGSM leadership initiatives, ensuring Indigenous expertise and experience is integrated across all programs," said Professor Nick Wailes, Director AGSM and Deputy Dean UNSW Business School.
"We also believe that many Indigenous practices can contribute to making Western workplaces better places to work and we are keen to collaborate with our new faculty so that these practices become part of the way Australian organisations do business," he said.
"They will build on our current Indigenous Leadership programs and introduce new ones designed specifically to equip more Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander managers to accelerate their careers."
AGSM is committed to seeing Indigenous Australians thrive in the community and in business. Along with its existing
Indigenous Capability Development Programs, AGSM is designing a new program for the Australian Public Service to increase their number of senior Indigenous leaders.
