The team from the University of Sydney prevailed after an intensely mooted final held on 24 May 2021 before the Hon Justice Anthony Meagher (New South Wales Court of Appeal), Professor Simone Degeling (UNSW Faculty of Law & Justice) and Alex Morris (Partner, King & Wood Mallesons).
King & Wood Mallesons wish to recognise all of the students who participated in the 2021 UNSW Private Law Moot and congratulate this year’s winning team for their achievement. You all have very promising futures in the legal profession, and we wish you all the best for the remainder of the academic year, and beyond. Additionally, we extend our sincere thanks to all those who volunteered their time to judge in this year’s competition, as well as the event organisers.
