CATNAP
Carers at Night in Paediatrics
CATNAP (Carers at Night in Paediatrics) aims to investigate sleep experiences and concerns among parents of children with cancer. In response to parent and healthcare professional feedback we have developed a multi-component, evidence-based intervention employing cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) strategies, specifically tailored to support sleep and self-care among parents of children with cancer. Catnap has now been adapted and disseminated online by national charity partner Redkite.
