Description

Octet R8E use bio-layer interferometry-based biosensors, enabling label-free real-time analysis of molecular interactions in automated plate format (96w or 384w). This is an automated instrument using 1 to 8 biosensors in single measurement.

Specifications

  • Ligand Sample (immobilized): 10 – 50 µg/ml
  • Analyte: 0.01 – 100x KD (0.1 – 10x KD)
  • Analyte size: ≥ 100 Da
  • Sample and Reagent volume: 80-100 μl (384-well plate) or 180-200 μl  (96-well plate) sample volume
  • Disposable biosensors (sensor can be regeneration but not required) 
  • KD range: pM to mM
