This project focusses on the application of bioinformatics tools and machine learning techniques, to identify immune targets from human genomic data to help the development of new immunotherapies (vaccines and CAR T cell therapies) against cancer as well as  autoimmunity. The project is fully computational and requires skills in quantitative disciplines, such as bioinformatics, genomics, machine learning and statistics. Good knowledge of immunology is ideas.
